*Please go to http://www.forestry.gov.uk/buyingandselling to download the tender document* We will be awarding a contract for provision of cleaning services at Westonbirt Arboretum, Tetbury, Gloucestershire. The contract is intended to be awarded in two lots:
— Lot 1: Will cover daily cleaning of all staff and public toilets, office spaces, staff kitchen and eating areas and the Great Oak Hall. It will also include provision of all cleaning equipment and supplies as well as all toilet paper and hand-towels as necessary;
— Lot 2: Will cover a quarterly clean of all windows on site, internal and external.
Our intention is to award this contract for a period of 1 year.
There will be an option to extend the contract by up to a further 2 years in total.
