Stranmillis Unversity College is seeking to establish a Contract for the delivery of Cleaning Services for their premises at Stranmillis Road, Belfast, with a single Contractor who will be responsible for managing and delivering all of the specified Services in a flexible and responsive way. The initial contract period shall be for 29 months, commencing 1.1.2015 to 31.7.2017 with an option to extend for up to 24 months to 31.7.2019.
