Split over two sites St. Anne’s Catholic High School for Girls’ has a total roll of 1050 students aged 11 to 19 years. Each site populates approximately 50 % of the student roll.
St. Anne’s Catholic High School for Girls was founded by and is part of the Catholic Church. The school is conducted as a Catholic school in accordance with the Canon Law and the teaching of the Roman Catholic Church, and in accordance with the Trust Deed of the Archdiocese of Westminster.

Full site plans and room sizes will be made available once the invitation to tender has been finalised and six companies chosen to bid for the business.

Sixth Form Block (completion August 2015) 500 m².

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: (1) All candidates will be required to produce a certificate or declaration demonstrating that they are not bankrupt or the subject of an administration order, are not being wound-up, have not granted a trust deed, are not the subject of a petition presented for sequestration of their estate, have not had a receiver, manager or administrator appointed and are not otherwise apparently insolvent.
(2) All candidates will be required to produce a certificate or declaration demonstrating that the candidate, their directors, or any other person who has powers of representation, decision or control of the candidate has not been convicted of conspiracy, corruption, bribery, or money laundering. Failure to provide such a declaration will result in the candidate being declared ineligible and they will not be selected to participate in this procurement process.
(3) All candidates will be required to produce a certificate or declaration demonstrating that they have not been convicted of a criminal offence relating to the conduct of their business or profession.

Currently the School’s cleaning services are managed by Lewis and Graves Partnership and with the contract due to end on Friday 3.4.2015 the School is placing their Cleaning services to competitive tender and are inviting professional Cleaning organisations to bid for the contract with the intention of awarding the contract following due process by 31.1.2015.
The School is not bound to shortlist any Candidate that submits a completed PQQ and reserves the right to abandon processes at any time at no cost to the School.
The School reserves the right to reject or disqualify a Candidate at any stage of this procurement process where there is a change in identity, control, financial standing or other factor impacting on the selection and/or evaluation process affecting the Candidate.
