The College are looking to appoint a building cleaning contractor who will service the buildings situated on Chichester Road South, Manchester, M15 5PB.
The initial contract term will be for 3 years with the option to extend for two further 12 month periods, subject to the discretion of the College.
The current service is undertaken by both in-house and outsourced staff. It is the College’s wish to retain the in-house staff, therefore the contract will only apply to those staff who are currently provided to the College by an external cleaning contractor. TUPE will apply to this contract.
The contract start date will be the 1.4.2015.
