II.2.1)Total quantity or scope:

Port of Felixstowe: Scheduled daily (including out of normal office hours) cleaning services incorporating general offices, portacabins, amenity mess-rooms, offices/mess-rooms within warehouses, toilets, and training rooms. Deep cleaning of catering facilities, temperature controlled examination facilities and other areas will be required on request by the contracting entity. The contractor will also be required to undertake unscheduled spot and urgent cleaning. Weekly collections and deliveries of laundry within the Port estate. Elements of the services will require the use of battery powered mobile elevated work platforms (‘MEWPS’). The contracting entity for this contract will be The Felixstowe Dock and Railway Company.
Harwich International Port: Scheduled cleaning services incorporating general offices, restrooms, toilets and portacabins and also passenger terminals — seating areas, departure hall, stairways, escalators, passenger walkways/bridges. Additional requirements are: external cleaning of buildings, window cleaning and grounds maintenance including road sweeping, rubbish collection, litter picking, plant care, weeding and vegetation control, sign-age cleaning and management of skip areas. Unscheduled spot and urgent cleaning will also be required. The contracting entity for this contract will be Harwich International Port Ltd.
