The framework agreement will be to appoint provider(s) of cleaning services to support University directly employed staff during university holiday periods to deep clean university halls of residences and carry out cleans between conferences. The supplier(s) will be responsible for providing staff, management staff, all consumables and equipment in order to provide the required service to the university.
