Lot 2: Tabor Academy.
Potential providers may bid for 1 or both lots. Please note that there are 2 separate PQQ questionnaire templates to be complete, 1 for each relevant lot. If bidding for both lots then both questionnaire templates need to be completed.
Loxford School Trust is a prestigious organisation which aims to deliver a high quality education for students aged 3-18. The Trust was formed in 2013 originally comprising of Loxford Primary Phase and Loxford School of Science and Technology (Secondary Phase), due to Trust’s continued growth it has made the acquisition of 3 further schools within the London Area, Aldborough Primary School, Warren School, Tabor Academy and Abbs Cross Academy and Arts College.
The Contractor(s) shall be expected to undertake a comprehensive cleaning service, including routine daily cleaning of varying types of buildings, deep cleans, periodic cleans and other requirements usually associated with a contact of this type. Potential Providers should note that the above list is not exhaustive, and that the Schools and Trust reserves the right to add or remove functions and properties within their portfolio and indeed the size of the portfolio throughout the life of the Contract.

The contract for each lot shall run for an initial period of 3 years, with the right then reserved to extend for 2 further years at the School’s discretion, subject to satisfactory performance.
The anticipated annual value of the contract is circa 420 000 pounds per annum across both lots.
The Trust as part of its internal policy requires that the successful provider shall have the relevant passport certificate to demonstrate that they comply with all relevant GAD (Government Actuary Department) legislation and guidance.
The successful provider must be willing to gain admitted body status to the relevant LGPS (Local Government Pension Scheme) for each individual authority. The Trust/school is willing to cover the bond cost as part of the contract to be agreed but if any company cannot get or are not willing to get admitted body status they will not be considered by the Trust.
Potential providers should note that this process is being run by LGSS Procurement, and no contact relating to this procurement process should be made directly with the Trust or Schools.

Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates: As per the issued documentation. During the PQQ stage, the intention is to arrive at a short-list of approximately 5 as minimum and 8 as a Maximum qualified Potential Providers per lot who achieve a minimum score of 60 % in this PQQ for formal Invitation to Tender against the requirement as advertised in the OJEU Notice of scoring. In the event that there is a high number of Potential Providers who attain the minimum number of marks the Trust will prioritise by highest score when selecting Potential Providers to be invited to tender.
