This programme of work covers Design and Build Construction contract(s) for College Lane Phase 1 of the University’s 2020 vision programme.
There are three separate projects involved:
Lot 1 – Learning & Student Zone (c 14 500 000 GBP-16 500 000 GBP).
Lot 2 – New Science Building (including Boulevard) (c 29 500 000 GBP-32 500 000 GBP).
Lot 3 – Multi-Storey Car Park (c 4 500 000 GBP-5 500 000 GBP).
