The Southern Water objective of the commercial property management tender is to put in place a property partner that Southern Water can work with long term, develop a strong relationship and agile working to deliver greater value as detailed further in the IITT document.

The commercial property services required include but is not limited to:

• sales,

• lettings,

• acquisitions,

• L&T,

• strategic/investment advice,

• valuation,

• building services,

• planning,

• business rates,

• estate management,

• property management.
