The suite of TfL Professional Services Frameworks are TfL’s and its Group Companies’, Greater London Authority and its functional bodies and all London Boroughs, primary means of accessing engineering, planning and project management support and expertise from the external supply chain. In line with its new Commercial Strategy, TfL intends to move toward a Category Management approach for replacing the current TfL 90001 Framework. Fundamental to the success of the programme is ensuring that the intended users have access to the necessary technical and specialist skills and services to meet their requirements. The vision for the new suite of Frameworks includes higher quality service provision, reduced costs and greater value for money based on key strategic objectives.

Value Lot A: Call-off contracts to a value of 0 GBP- 300,000.00 GBP
Value Lot B: Call-off contracts to a value of 0 GBP – unlimited GBP.
Note: You may apply for Value Lot A, Value Lot B or both Value Lots. However, following the Invitation to Tender, successful tenderers will be awarded one Value Lot only. If successful on both Value Lots, the successful tenderer will be awarded Value
Lot B only. On that basis, upon commencement of the Framework Agreement, for requirements up to a value of 300,000 GBP suppliers from both Value Lots will be eligible for award of a call-off contract. For requirements above a value of 300,000 GBP
only suppliers from Value Lot B will be eligible for award of a call-off contract.
