II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
Gloucester City Homes will be acting as the lead contracting Authority for a framework and Severn Vale Housing Association to select a suitable supplier for the provision of communal cleaning services for both registered social landlords. The services will cover a wide range of properties spread across Gloucestershire and Worcestershire. All properties will require regular general cleaning services throughout the year and vary in relation to age, design, build and use. The framework will allow the parties the opportunities to consolidate contracts, gain cost and efficiency benefits and optimise value for money. The scope of the contract will include the following:
Building Cleaning Services;
Emergency and Out-of-hours cleaning services;
High level cleaning services;
Window cleaning;
Graffiti removal.
