Communications Marketplace (formerly Agile Route to Market) is designed to provide customers with a route to market for sub-OJEU / low value communication services work (below £100,000). Communications Marketplace is not a framework agreement but a directory specifically for sub-OJEU work. It provides access to a full range of communication related services in the following categories: Integrated Marketing Public Relations and Related Services Events and Exhibitions Production Services Brand and Design Writing and Editorial Photography Digital Marketing Services Direct Marketing Services Parliamentary Monitoring Media Forward Planning Categories are divided further into specialist service areas. A full list of the specialist service areas under each category is available on the Crown Commercial Service website.
How to apply
Full details on how to register are available on the Crown Commercial Service website at http://ccs.cabinetoffice.gov.uk/i-am-buyer/categories/communications/communications-marketplace. The supplier registration period for Communications Marketplace will remain open until 4pm on Wednesday 29 October. Successful suppliers will be added to Communications Marketplace on 3 November. Additional supplier registration periods will be available throughout the coming year to ensure that new suppliers have the opportunity to join Communications Marketplace. In order to register to be on Communications Marketplace, suppliers will need to do the following: 1. Complete registration on the Procserve system at https://buyers.procserveonline.com/otis/preregistration/splash_page.html. 2. Complete Government eMarketplace certification. This step is included in the registration process above, but if you are an existing user, you should log in and make sure this certification is complete, under Settings > Community Registration. 3. Download and complete the Supplier Discipline Selection Sheet at the above web address. This should be emailed as an attachment to eMarketplace@ccs.gsi.gov.uk no later than 4pm, Wednesday 29 October. Please ensure when completing the Discipline Selection Sheet that you deselect any services or locations that are not relevant to your organisation.
