The contract will be for a term of 3 years 10 months (46 months, 3 000 000 GBP) (‘Term’) commencing on 1.4.2015 with a potential to extend the term at the discretion of the Council up to a maximum of an additional 4 years.

This Authority seeks to provide an ethos which will enable improved communication with the people who live, work and visit the Borough of Harrow. In doing so, the Authority will be looking to the Contractor to deliver innovative models to achieve reduction of costs to the Authority whilst enhancing the communications experience to the Authority’s customers and stakeholders. The Authority will require robust KPI’s to that effect in any contract resulting from this procurement.
