Services to be commissioned: district nursing, advanced community nurse practitioners, minor injuries and illness units, community diagnostics, intermediate care beds, community occupational therapy, dietetics, speech and language therapy, community respiratory service, community heart failure service, community neurological rehabilitation service, rapid response service, continence service, tissue viability service, Parkinson’s disease specialist nurse service, multiple sclerosis specialist nurse service, end of life care service.
The value GBP 65 000 000 is an estimate only and not a guaranteed amount of the total value over the 5 year period. Please refer to the Memorandum of Information for additional information.

This is a voluntary notice, as these are ‘Part B’ services. Although the CCG is following a procedure which is akin to the competitive dialogue procedure, the use of a voluntary Contract Notice and of terminology which reflects the competitive dialogue procedure does not indicate that the CCG accepts that it is bound by the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (as amended) and/or the Public Procurement Directive (2004/18/EC) save for the provisions of the Regulations and the Directive which apply to Part B services.
