Description
The partnership of High Peak Borough Council, Staffordshire Moorlands District Council, Derbyshire Dales District Council and the Peak District National Park Authority are working together to commission a study to inform their respective future Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Charging Schedules. High Peak Borough Council will act as the commissioning authority on behalf of its partners.
The purpose of this contract opportunity is to complete a robust and clear assessment of development viability across the study area, to determine whether new development in each respective Local Planning Authority area would be able to accommodate a Community Infrastructure Levy.
