NHS South Tees Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) wish appoint a highly qualified provider to deliver a Community Physiotherapy Telephone Advice Line and Triage service.
The aim of the Community Physiotherapy Telephone Advice Line and Triage service is to provide a telephone triage service that provides non face-to-face assessment, diagnosis and management for patients with Musculoskeletal (MSK) problems. Where necessary, patients will be referred onwards for face-to-face consultation with an appropriate provider.
The contract will be offered for a term of 2 year and 6 months with an option to extend for an additional year subject to satisfactory review.
