Social work services without accommodation. Lincolnshire County Council (‘The Council’) will be undertaking a procurement exercise for its home care services across Lincolnshire which relates to support for Older Persons, Adults Physical Disability and Children with a Disability, with the aim of supporting service users to continue to live independently within the community. Organisations expressing an interest will be supplied with a Procurement Pack incorporating a Memorandum of Information, a PQQ response documents and draft specifications for the services in scope. These documents will set out the intended procurement process to be undertaken, the timescales they follow as well as how the new contracts will be structured. The contracts which result from this procurement will be awarded in July 2015 with a three month transition period to coincide with the end of the existing contractual arrangements in October 2015. The contract value for this opportunity is approximately 23 000 000 GBP p.a. divided into 12 geographically arranged contracts. The new providers will be expected to be able to deliver services and meet demand by this date. This procurement will be carried as as per Section 7 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and this contract notice serves as the required call for competition in regulation 75.
