Require a Provider to manage the community use of the Astro Turf Pitch at Torquay Girls Grammar School. The pitch is a popular and well-established community resource.
The pitch was built with a grant from Sport England and the community use is overseen by a Facilities Management Committee.
Currently Community Use is currently not being provided as the Provider went into administration. The aim of this procurement exercise is to appoint a new Provider in order to manage and get the the Community Use up and running again.

This Contract was previously awarded to Groundwork SW on the 1st September 2011, however the company went into administration. Currently there is no community use being provided and so the facility is closed outside of school use hours. Therefore the aim of this procurement is to Contract with a new Provider who can get the Community Use element of the facility up and running again.
