Transport for London (TfL) is seeking to place a contract to procure the services of a company to provide CAFM Operators and Space Planning service, robust drawing office function for design and planning, data handling function for our building refurbishment projects and mechanical and electrical CAD drawings and data. Building CAD drawings, issue and version control, data management, control, surveying of buildings and associated special data and document management. It should be noted that TfL’s Accommodation Strategy will inevitably change both the profile and occupancy of the Head Office, Operational Railway, Overland Railway and Commercial Let building portfolio during the period of this contract and the successful bidder must have the capacity to adjust to meet changing business requirements. CAFM Service provision must provide a robust drawing office and space planning function to support the operations of Commercial, Projects and Accommodation building portfolio.
