The London Borough of Hounslow is seeking to procure building surveying services under a term contract for carrying out a rolling programme of Condition Surveys to the Local Authorities maintained schools throughout the Borough. Due to funding allocation the surveys are to be spread over a 2 year period (with an option to extend by a further year). The Council will require that the condition surveys are to be carried out by experienced qualified staff. Primarily Building Surveyors (RICS) with Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) and Structural Engineers (MIStructE) support. Data entry may be undertaken by senior technician level. The programme is to be managed by a director/senior partner.
