Description of the goods or services required

Clackmannanshire Council, on behalf of the Ochils Landscape Partnership, wish to appoint a suitably competent conservation architect-led design team to undertake repairs and refurbishment work on seven historic kirkyards and an ice house within the Clackmannanshire / Stirling areas.

The architect-led team must be comprised of a suitably qualified team leader, project architect, quantity surveyor and structural engineer with any associated professional support resource as required.

Each individual member allocated to the project must be able to demonstrate relevant accreditation from, for example, the RIAS or equivalent.

Total quantity or scope of tender

Stage 1 – RIBA Plan of Work 2-4; comprehensively defining the programme of conservation and repair work required.

Stage 2 – RIBA Plan of Work 4-5; obtaining tenders for the repair works (phased as required).

Stage 3 – RIBA Plan of Work 5-6; administering a building contract through to practical completion.

£60,000 fees maximum

£300,000 construction value maximum
