Description of the goods or services requiredAn accredited conservation architect is required to produce an updated conservation plan for the University of Aberdeen’s Old Aberdeen campus. This will include buildings ranging from the very early 16th Century through to the 20th Century. The plan should include for full surveys of properties, to enable the production of a comprehensive plan for the next 10 years. The plan will also include for prioritised budgets for immediate, 5 years and 10 years fabric repairs. There will be an update required of the existing plan which covers the main Kings College complex of buildings, including the grade A Kings Chapel. There will also be the addition of another 10 seperate buildings ranging from Grade A through to Grade C, all within a conservation area.
