The estimated value of the works is £50,000 and it is grant aided. The work is being supported by Cadw’s Heritage Tourism Project, which is funded by the European Regional Development Fund through the Welsh Government.

SECTION IV: Administrative Information
The proposed contract will be let using the JCT 11 Minor Works Contract.
The PQQ is due for submission by Thursday 16th May 2013 followed by analysis by both the client and the appointed Architect. The contract will be tendered within 10days, with a return date of approximately 6th June.
The contract SOS date would be on or around Monday 24th June. We have limited time in this exposed location to undertake the works in the right conditions, so swift mobilisation will be an absolute necessity to maximize the programme delivery, please ensure this is possible before you commit to the tender process.
