Construction consultancy services. Building surveying services. Quantity surveying services. Lighting systems. The Victoria and Albert Museum wishes to enter into non-exclusive framework agreements with building construction and professional services consultants, to provide design and contract administration services as and when required on individual projects in each of the following disciplines:
1. Quantity Surveyor
2. Structural Surveyor
3. Mechanical and Electrical Services
4. Lighting Designers
It is anticipated that the value of capital projects to be managed by the V&A over the next three years will be in the region of £30 000 000.
Individual projects may range from £250 000 to £10 000 000 and may comprise small advisory requirements through to work on major construction/design projects. It must be noted that these values are indicative only.
The Frameworks will start up in September 2013 and be for a period of three [3] years with the option to extend for a further one [1] year.
