In addition to the core services, Harlow Council may also call off additional services to assist in the delivery of the Council’s Housing and Non-Housing Capital Programme which may include the provision of services to the Council’s Commercial Portfolio and other Council Departments.
It is also the Council’s intention to promote and encourage other Local Authorities and Registered Providers to call-off contracts.For the purpose of clarity, Harlow Council will require such bodies to be Registered Providers or Local Authorities (both those that are in existence now and those that may come into existence during the term of the Framework Agreement). This shall mean any Local Authority or Registered Provider listed on either of the websites shown below:
