It is anticipated that consultancy services (i.e. Project Management, Contract Administration, Cost Management, & NEC Supervisor).
Projects are delivered by external consultants who are overseen by the Education Capital Team within People and Communities, 0-19 Planning & Organisation service. From time to time, prior to a project being agreed or placed within the education capital programme, the County Council requires a full multi-disciplinary team to develop a project to RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) stages 0-7.
