A new facility of approximately 40,000 sq ft is currently being sought and initial design and cost plans will be requested from prospective partners to enable the GPhC to assess, with the aid of professional advisors, those submissions for suitability. Included within the submissions will be advice relating to value for money, efficiency, methods of execution, H&S management, environmental impact and timing. The intention is to select via this process, a suitable contractor to undertake these or similar, fit out works.
