This notice is being placed on behalf of Aberdeenshire Council. Any resultant framework agreement will be available, with the agreement of the Council, for use by other Scottish contracting authorities, or its agents. It is expected that whilst this framework is available to all bodies names above, in particular it will be utilised by Aberdeen City and Highland Councils in addition to Aberdeenshire Council
