The project consist of the construction of a 4 Storey building for Nottingham Trent University. Henceforth referred to as the project. The anticipated project building cost is expected to be in the order of 3 950 000 GBP excluding VAT. The project will be awarded as one contract which capture both Shell, Core and Fit out project works. Separate to this project though associated with the development are demolition and general site preparation works. These works do not form part of this Expression of Interest and PQQ document. The site is located at 23 Goldsmith Street, Nottingham in the City of Nottingham. The site is a congested City Centre site with attached and detached neighbours, and tram lines running to the front of the property.

VI.4.3)Review procedure
Nottingham Trent University will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to Tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into. The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
