Payment will be as per Aston University’s standard terms and condition, which are the end of the calendar month following the month in which services are performed provided a correct invoice is received. All bidders will be required to agree to this.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: This will be assessed via the tender submission, but will include an evaluation of statement of the Company’s overall turnover and the turnover related to similar activities to be covered by this agreement for the previous financial years.
Tenderers should note that the University will only take through the top 5 companies who received the highest scores from their submissions, including Quality and Price. To the Presentations/Interview stage. Presentations/Interviews are currently scheduled for w/c 12.5.2014.

Aston University has adopted Constructionline methodology for demonstrating financial risk and technical capability and Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) as its vehicle for health and safety assessment. Constructionline is the UK government owned certification service for construction-related contractors, consultants and material suppliers, and has been developed to save the industry millions of pounds by reducing duplication in the Tendering process.
