CPI is currently developing the design of the new biologics facility to at least RIBA Stage C. A design and build contractor will be appointed to carry out the detailed design, construction and commissioning of the facility. The design and build contract will be NEC3 2013 Engineering Construction Contract Option C (target contract with activity schedule) with special conditions. CPI require the services of a Project Manager, Supervisor and Technical Advisors to manage the project on CPI’s behalf, acting as CPI’s representative in all interactions with the design and build contractor, providing expert personnel to manage all project and technical activities and ensure adherence to CPI’s conceptual design and the User Requirement Brief.
