Worcestershire County Council (WCC) is seeking to establish an exclusive Contract to provide all requirements for Construction Related Professional Design Services for a period of up to seven years (an initial 5 years plus up to 2 years extension), effective from the 1.9.2014. TUPE will apply to this Contract.
The Contract will cover the provision by the firm, directly or in part through a network of suitably qualified and experienced professional sub-consultants, all necessary professional advice and services needed to deliver WCC’s capital building projects.
