The Council is seeking to improve the provision of social housing across the borough and have identified a large number of sites on which a small number of dwellings and associated buildings and related infrastructure may be placed. These sites are at various stages of planning permission and the Council does not warrant that all sites will be built, although other sites may be added. This procurement exercise is primarily to establish a framework agreement with eight (and potentially nine) parties for the construction of these sites. This framework agreement may also be used by any companies wholly or partially owned by Slough Borough Council, whether currently in existence or to be established during the term of this framework agreement.
