Description of the goods or services required

The Peter Pan Moat Brae Trust seeks to appoint consultants to produce:

a) an Activity and Learning Plan to identify and assess the viability of the activities proposed for a national centre for children’s literature at Moat Brae House and gardens, Dumfries, in southwest Scotland. The Learning Plan will provide the basis for the work of a proposed Learning Officer for the project.

b) A combined Business, Audience Development and Marketing Plan. The plan should establish a framework for understanding the sustainability of the centre for children’s literature and the promotional mechanisms needed to make that a reality.

The Trust welcomes applications from consultancies to undertake either or both of these pieces of work.
