II.2.1)Total quantity or scope:

Provision of overall programme management direction and project and programme managers for the implementation of technology and business change services for Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
The programme includes the transition from an in-house provided technical infrastructure, including networks, servers, desktop and other access devices and service desk to a fully managed service together with the provision of new services to support new clinical and administrative applications. In addition the programme will deliver these new administrative and clinical software and applications across both trusts. The programme will oversee all the configuration, testing, training, business change and deployment activities for both the infrastructure and the applications.
Resource for the programme will be drawn from existing project and programme staff within the Trusts supplemented by clinical and non-clinical staff seconded to the programme for periods of 6 months to 2 years. However, the Trusts need to engage external skills up to a maximum of 10 individuals to support these staff including the following roles:
Programme director.
Programme manager(s) x 2.

Design authority team leader.
Applications team leader.
Programme office manager.
