Description of the goods or services required

The requirement is to deliver Consultancy support to inject specialist knowledge and accelerate delivery of the Projects that are part of the Workforce Transformation Programme above.

Consultants shall be expected to:

1. Provide professional expertise in the Project areas

2. Provide market intelligence and knowledge of up to date practice across a range of sectors, including the public sector and other Local Authorities

3. Review Project outputs and provide expert advice to enhance deliverables

4. Assist in producing a Business Case(s) and presentation(s) for approval of Project deliverables by the Programme Board and Council Management Team.
