Description
The Council is seeking an experienced Consultant to provide an assessment of contaminated land matters relating to pre-application discussions and then an outline planning application for a major employment development on the former Stanton Ironworks site, to the north of Lows Lane in Stanton by Dale in the Borough of Erewash.
