1.1 The Health Board is seeking to establish a framework of suitably qualified for the provision (on a call off ‘as required’ basis) of Continuing Healthcare Nursing Provision. Guiding principles will be for the provision of Services which, inter alia

— Are of an increased quality
— Are cost effective
— Secure value for money
— Secure realistic costs framework in terms of financial viability of selected Service Providers
— Meet assessed specialist needs of Service users (where applicable)
