London Borough of Croydon invites tenders from tenderers to provide a ‘Total Reward Provision’ that will deliver valued beneficial, relevant and desirable offerings to an employee base of 9 000. Similar to most local government organisations, Croydon Council provides its staff with a number of traditional and statutory benefits.
Croydon Council are seeking to work with a reputable organisation to provide a Total Reward Provision. This provision will include:
— Provide private health care, private dental care, mobile phone discount, and cycle to work scheme, roadside assistance, parking and childcare vouchers salary sacrifice,
— Implement the benefits and reward package efficiently, effectively and at the lowest possible cost,
— Publicise the benefits and reward package internally to our current staff by providing a ‘total reward’ statement,
— Publicise the benefits and reward package externally to our stakeholders and the wider community,
— Improve recruitment and promote Croydon council as an employer of choice,
— Where possible, take advantage of available tax and national insurance savings.
