The coach will be responsible for booking the training room, presentation equipment and ordering refreshments for participants if appropriate. The venue must be based in Leicester City to comply with our funder’s guidelines. Since creative businesses will be largely based at the LCB Depot and Phoenix Square it is recommended the location of the sessions should be within the Cultural Quarter of Leicester and be well-planned to ensure maximum enrolment of participants.

Creative Enterprise Hub is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and therefore all documents relating to this activity will have to adhere to our funder’s guidelines, including presentations on standard ERDF templates and using ERDF logos on any material such as hand-outs. The ERDF publicity toolkit is available at https://www.gov.uk/erdf-national-guidance

There is an eligibility criteria set by ERDF which interested participants will need to meet before enrolling on to the bite-size sessions which the Creative Enterprise Hub team will check before enrolment. The Creative Enterprise Hub team will also be responsible for marketing the sessions, enrolling participants and all booking administration. In addition, Creative Enterprise Hub will carry out the registration at the sessions and all monitoring and evaluation with the participants during and following the support including a timesheet.
