Description of the contract
This contract is to provide carpentry and building fabric maintenance services support to supplement the Trust’s directly employed work force. The contract will run for the term of one year. Duties include: To provide a full range of carpentry services for new works •To provide a full range of carpentry services for remedial works •To provide a full range of door lock installation and repairs •To report to their Supervisor any maintenance defects observed, and bring forward any suggestions they may help to improve the maintenance service •Report faulty or damaged equipment •To assist as a member of the Trust’s Fire Response team when on duty.
