The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) are seeking a tenderer to carry out an independent evaluation of the Governance Development programme.
The aim of ETF’s leadership and governance activity is to support the whole sector to improve the quality of leadership and governance. Our activity in this area builds on effective governance practice in the sector, as well as offering resources and sessions for the development of college governors already operating at a highly effective standard.
By commissioning this piece of work, ETF would like to achieve a thorough evaluation of the Governance Development Programme identifying if the aims of the programme have been met and by what length/degree they have been met. The evaluation report should look at what has gone well, identify areas of challenge, and make recommendations for future phases of this programme.
