Fashion Trends Workshop

As part of the project, we would like to assist existing and new start creative businesses to understand how to identify emerging trends and how to anticipate the market for future commercial opportunities.

Based on feedback from creative businesses, we suggest two workshops covering the following brief; however we welcome innovative, practical and proven ideas on how to develop and extend on this topic.

Trends Identification bitesize workshop

This seminar aims to equip the individual with the tools and information to recognise an emerging trend, the impact external factors have on influencing trends and how to utilise these to maximise their own business potential.

Fashion Industry Specific bitesize workshop

This seminar will give an in-depth insight on the upcoming Fashion trends for Spring / Summer 2014. The workshop will include and overview of the key ‘looks’ for the season, looking at the main colour palettes, key fabrics, prints textures and trims along with different product areas guidance.
