NHM and Science museum currently share a telecoms provider and some legacy telecoms infrastructure (provided via NHM). However, the Science Museum is actively planning to diverge from NHM and it is expected, though not confirmed, that the need for shared infrastructure will cease within the next 18 months. During the interim period NHM will be obliged to ensure legacy telecoms services are still provided to Science Museum whilst pursuing our own telecoms roadmap.
NHM are seeking MITEL-specialist telecoms maintenance and support provider who can also provide advice and guidance on the MITEL and wider telecoms-industry roadmap and informing NHM’s forward migration plan.
