Description of the goods or services requiredExpressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified and experienced service providers who wish to be considered for the provision of Pension Fund Actuarial Consultancy Services. It is anticipated that the contract shall commence on 1 June 2016 ending on 31 May 2021. Minimum standards and qualification requiredApplicants must provide the following financial and technical information when expressing interest: Details of corporate structure and ownership; Three years audited accounts and business reports for the contracting entity; A current bank reference report to a minimum of £50,000; Evidence of current Employers Liability and Public Liability Insurances to a minimum of £10m and £5m respectively and Professional Indemnity Insurance. Evidence of membership of an appropriate professional body regulated by the Financial Services Authority or equivalent; Evidence of statutory public sector pension scheme actuarial consultancy services, particularly in relation to local government business; List of principal contracts of a similar nature carried out in the past three years; List of existing clients and extent of services being provided to those clients; Professional and other qualifications and experience of the proposed employees of the service provider.
