In Surrey: ‘we want every adult and child experiencing domestic abuse (DA) to be seen, safe and heard and free from harm caused by perpetrator behaviour’ (Surrey Domestic Abuse Strategy, 2018). To do this, we need to develop a more effective whole-system response to prevent, tackle and promote recovery for those who perpetrate, survive or who are at risk of DA or intimate partner/family violence.
