Sufficient information will be required in the Qualification Questionnaire to demonstrate that the applicant is in a sound financial position.
III.1.3)Technical and professional ability
At least 1 reference is required from a customer who is willing to confirm that you provide services to a good standard, similar to those that we require. We also require confirmation that you meet the standards of the TSA (Telecare Services Association) Code of Practice, that you have experience of monitoring the makes and models of alarms that we utilise and that you have protocols in place with the emergency services.
