Alexandra Palace is currently looking for a Contractor to supply Wines and Champagnes for Alexandra Palace Bar and Kitchen and Alexandra Palace banqueting.
The successful supplier will provide Wines and Champagnes for all event types, including banquets, weddings, conferences, exhibitions and drinks receptions, as well as for Alexandra Palaces’ seven day a week venue the Bar and Kitchen.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The tender process will take the form of a competitive procedure with negotiation in compliance with Regulation 29 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The purpose of this exercise will be to find the most appropriate solution to deliver the requirement as described in the specification.
This will involve a 2-stage process; including a Standard Questionnaire stage to establish a short-list of appropriate bidders who will be invited to take part in the tender exercise.
The tender exercise will involve a number of stages, wherein Initial Proposals shall be assessed to short-list further to identify offers that may represent a suitable solution for further negotiation to establish an overall winner.
