II.1.5)Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

Pennaf Housing Group (PHG) seeks to establish a 4 year framework agreement consisting of 3 separate Lots (by ‘works cost’ value band). Up to 5 contractors will be appointed onto each Framework Lot. A broad range of construction works packages will be called off by PHG on an ‘as required’ basis to deliver its future works programme including (but not limited to) residential housing, nursing and/or residential homes, extra care homes, health/community centre projects, commercial enterprises with community groups together with associated infrastructure and public realm works. Works may also include remodelling and/or refurbishment of existing buildings and new build schemes. PHG will seek proposals (at tender stage) that deliver its social, economic and environmental sustainability objectives. Further and more detailed information is set out in a memorandum of information (MOI) which is available on request (see section VI.3)

To obtain a PQQ please contact Jeff Williams at the email address listed in section I.1 above.
Bidders can request a PQQ until 5 working days before the deadline for submission. The contracting authority will not accept requests for PQQ’s after this date.
Bidders who request a PQQ will also be provided with an MOI which provides outline information in relation to the works being procured.
All tender costs and liabilities incurred by bidders shall be the sole responsibility of bidders.
The contracting authority reserves the right to award the contract in whole or in part.
The contracting authority reserves the right to annul the tendering process and not award any contract.
All documents to be priced in GBP and all payments made in GBP.
In relation to section II.1.9 above – variants will be accepted to the extent permitted (if at all) in the tender
documents.
Bidders should note that they will be required to enter into terms and conditions of contract as set out in the ITT and that save for matters of clarification or consistency the Contracting Authority will not negotiate the terms
