Description

This project is to convert the first floor former office space of Cardigan House to residential use. Cardigan House is a commercial block in Corby Town Centre, and the owners, Helical Bar, have identified the first floor of the block as suitable for conversion to residential use. The former offices have been stripped out and architects are designing six residential apartments to be constructed in the space. In the first instance bidders should complete a pre-qualification questionnaire. Short-listed bidders will be asked to tender against the detailed design. The estimated value for Cardigan House is up to £300,000.
